Any chance you can send me everything corrected? I know nothing about coding, sorry.
I did post the correct indicator - it is the indicator from this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173574/page416 and that is the one that compiles with no error at all (old build of metatrader or new, does not matter)
Sorry, I cannot understand why it works on yours and not mine.
hi guys... can you help me? give me some little hand here?
Check this post : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173574/page290
many thanks Mladen! I swear I've already searched it on forum but didn't found.
Read these posts from Jason Rogers : Fxcm . A lot of things explained in those posts how to migrate to this unfortunate new metatrader 4 and might help you solving your problems
mladen, the spearman it's working fine! thanks!
I was studying this indicator (yours) too.
Can you also made a mtf version? please..?
Did you read the original post where that indicator was posted : https://www.forex-tsd.com/forum/debates-discussions/116-something-interesting-please-post-here/page86#comment_404343 Especially the part that is saying : "In my opinion sinc is not suitable for smoothing"
Please read that post for some more information about that indicator
Try to open your mt4 folder via your harddisk mostly located in c drive. Open your indicator folder and double click on the indicator you want to have. Now it will opens meta-editor. Above you'll see compile (or press f7) now it's ok for saving. Open file in the left upper corner and save the indicator in the next folder of your mt4 platform: MQL4 and open the indicator tab, now click on save. Close metaeditor and restart your MT4 platform. If it's allright you'll see the indicator under custom indicators so you can drag and it into the chart.
I hope this helps a bit but I agree it is more difficult to find out how mt4 works fine for a lot of us. MLaden helps me very well for solving a lot of problems although a bit of experience is needed to solve, but we are here for you.
If there is still raising a problem let me know and I will see how I can help you.
Best regards, Marco
