I think no indicator can tell that
i.e. even it show a strong trend ( you will have a big number or higher bar) -- but
will this be an forecasting indicator -- things will go upward more
the strength of a trend-- you could heading in the wrong direction -- just like , you are asking, how many traders do think that it will go up -- for 2 more hours
