If your idea is to combine them (macd and rsi) in one indicator, it can not be done without significant deformation. The thing is that values of macd and rsi are not comparable : rsi is ranging between 0 and 100 while macd can have any value (depending on the values of the symbol)

the idea of Macd x2 Rsi adaptive is to use histogram of Macd mtf with some other indicator, to see value of macd histogram with rsi or other indicator. Does it make sense? thanks for reply. have a nice day

Talaate, added the zero cross coloring and mtf but this is what I get when in mtf mode.

That indicator is already a kind of multi time frame (it uses the open specified buy tm parameter for calculation). It seems to be meant to be used as an indicator that calculates a sort of intraday momentum
