December was difficult month for almost all EAs.
I'm still new to this game.... Why is December so different to other months?

Price is not moving by itself. Price on the chart is moving by people: they are buying currencies, selling currencies ... But most big gamers (banks and so on) are on holiday in December. Besides December is the last month in the year (it's the same as Friday in the week). In business year.
Does Bollienger Band Histogram repaint?
By repaint I mean, is the historical data correct? If it closes with a dot below 0 does it always remain there, or like some indicators, does it change later on to make it look more accurate? I really like this indicator and I want to develope an EA based on it but I need to be sure it doesnt repaint first. Also, if anyone knows of an BBhisto EA woudl you point me to it? Thanks guys! Im new in the elite section, but so far im liking what I see.

Is it possible to have Metatrader rollover trades at the end of the day? I'm getting confused when I look at account history, only to see that trades closed at 2359 (when they didn't really). It sometimes appears that trades are losers, when they have only temporarily dipped .. only to turn around and become a winner.

I my real account I am using one EA: MultiPositionExpert.
Version 1.12 is fine for me. But Igorad created new versions already: 1.13 and 1.14 already. Using this EA we may close some orders (according to magic number) or all of then when some profit/loses are riched (in pips or in deposit currency). usually I am using money menegement and using take profit for all EAs as 200 pips.
Besides there are some EA to close all the orders at the time: CloseOnTime EA.

Why are you closing the trades at 23:55? Is it some system?

There are some few EAs where the trades are closing. But in most cases the trades are opened all the time.
