D7 EA Portfolio: Eight approaches. One MT5 account. One continuous record.
Bring eight approaches to gold, currencies, US stocks and a US equity index into one Expert instance on one MT5 hedging account—and review them through a continuous historical curve with a visible 2025 reference cut.

One historical simulation · 1 January 2020–2 October 2026.
Four market groups. One installation.
The historical composition brings these markets together, so you can review the account as a whole alongside each period.

Put the return beside the drawdown.
The reference recorded USD 10,537.43 net across 1,842 completed trades, with a profit factor of 1.30. Here is the same account on each side of the visible cut.

Returns use each segment's net result divided by the original USD 10,000 deposit. The later +26.6% is also a share of that initial deposit. *Ratio = unrounded return percentage ÷ published closed-balance DD percentage. These are cumulative, unannualized comparisons across different-length periods, rather than compounded returns or a native recovery factor.
Maximum native equity drawdown: 5.50% across the full record. Equity includes open profit and loss; the table's segment DD measures closed balance. The chart uses daily equity samples, while the native maximum captures drawdown beyond that daily sampling.
Risk per operation is adjustable through lot sizing; compare the proportion between return and drawdown using matched sizing, periods and metric definitions.
How to read this record
The cut. Weights were calibrated on both sides: the later portion is neither untouched OOS for those weights nor independent forward evidence. The 2025 line is the IS/OOS reference for six component studies; the other two use 2024+ and 2026+ qualification windows. Historical results do not guarantee future performance.
Coverage. Version 1.0, documented on 10 October 2026: six components can evaluate new entries; two have exhausted their embedded coverage and require a qualified update; all eight are in the historical record. Missing required symbols leave a component uninitialized and its allocation unredistributed, so a partial composition changes the comparison.
Risk and costs. Configured risk is a budget for new entries, not a maximum account loss. Long/short exposure, gaps, fills, currency conversion, volume steps and margin affect outcomes. The reference deposit is not a certified minimum balance. Trading costs are included in net results; software rental is excluded.
Match the setup, then inspect the record.
- Prepare a compatible MT5 hedging environment. Match broker contracts and history for the symbols above, plus NVDA and INTC historical data.
- Use XAUUSD M1 as the host chart. Keep one portfolio instance per account and standalone component copies off that account. Availability is checked at initialization; inspect the chart status.
- Test a fixed configuration. Use the free Market demo in the MT5 Strategy Tester; online charts require a licensed version. Retain the version, settings, dates, modeling mode and report together.
Historical reference: MetaQuotes-Demo · 1-minute OHLC (Model 1). The host chart is an installation setting, distinct from the components' trading timeframes.
