Every trade of Berylis Gold Storm PRO opens with a Stop Loss and a Take Profit. Besides these, two separate mechanisms can close a position earlier.

The frame: Stop Loss and Take Profit

Every position opens with its own Stop Loss and Take Profit. The two mechanisms below work inside this frame and can only close the trade earlier.

Exit one: the trailing stop

After entry, the stop follows the price at a short distance. It moves only in the trade's favour, never back. If the price turns, the stop closes the trade and keeps part of the move that has already happened.

The trailing stop does not need to know why the price is moving. It reacts to one thing: the price stopped going in our direction.

Exit two: the impulse-based exit

The EA enters because of an impulse: a quick run of the price through a pending level (a price at which an order waits). The second mechanism closes the trade when the impulse that caused the entry fades, without waiting for the trailing stop. So the first exit reacts to the price turning, and the second to the move losing its force.

Why two and not one

  • Trailing stop alone: a stalled move can drift back before the stop is reached.
  • Impulse exit alone: no protection against a sudden reversal.

Two mechanisms, each closing a trade for a different reason, both inside the Stop Loss and Take Profit.

What you can see on the signal

Every trade on the public signal shows its open time, duration, Stop Loss and Take Profit. On the public signal, the average holding time is about 9 minutes (as of 28 September 2026). Open the history and look at how trades end: some close at the Take Profit, some at the Stop Loss, some earlier than either. Whether the early exits improve results is for you to judge from the history.

What we do not publish

We describe the mechanisms, not their parameters. Public: the order types, the Stop Loss on every trade and the live history.

What it means for you

  • A trade can close before its Take Profit or Stop Loss is reached.
  • Trades are short (see the average above). Do not expect the EA to hold a position for hours.
  • A Stop Loss can be filled at a worse price than its level when the market gaps or moves fast, which happens in gold around major news.
  • Several positions can be open at once in a strong move, each with its own Stop Loss and its own exits. Size your risk with that in mind.

Trading gold involves risk. Losses and losing streaks are part of any strategy. The signal statistics are past results on one account and do not predict future results. For prop-firm accounts we recommend a risk of 1% per trade or less; for a personal account, 1–2%.
