When I started MoonDog EA, my goal was not just to publish another Expert Advisor.
I wanted to create something I really believe in, be as open and transparent as possible with the people using it and help whenever someone needs it.
Seeing the support MoonDog EA has received from the MQL5 community has honestly been very motivating for me.
A Few Honest Words
I also want to be completely clear about something that I think is really important.
No Expert Advisor can guarantee profits.
Past or current results can never guarantee what will happen in the future.
Markets change.
Broker execution changes.
Spreads and slippage change.
And every trading system will go through both good periods and difficult periods.
I will never promise guaranteed profits or pretend that any system is perfect.
What I can promise is that I will keep doing everything I can to improve MoonDog EA.
I will keep studying how it behaves, listening to user feedback, looking into problems when they appear and doing my best to make it as robust and reliable as possible.
If something can be improved, I want to improve it.
If someone reports a problem, I want to understand what happened and see what I can do about it.
If market conditions change, I want to keep working on MoonDog EA and developing it instead of simply releasing it and then forgetting about it.
This Is More Than Just a Release
For me, selling an Expert Advisor is not the end of the work.
In many ways, it is the beginning of a responsibility toward the people who decided to trust my product.
