Issues:
1. Q: I have several orders opening and closing after a short time.
A: Check your charts, you may have opened twice one trading pair with the same magic number. Check maybe there is any other program that can interferes with trading. Check that you have not created another parallel terminal on this account with auto trading enabled. If you use the "MQL VPS", then verify that the terminal was not switched on the automatic trading.
2. Q: My account was suspended by the broker due to high activity.
A: Check the terminal log, if you see "Сommon Error" that occur frequently, the terminal may need to be restarted. Change the number of bars in the terminal options that can be displayed, this will reduce the load on the RAM, set the minimum value of 5000 bars. Restart the terminal sometimes, for example, once a weekend. If there is no such error, there is no need to reboot.
Notes:
1. Recommended VPS type:
It is recommended for this EA to use VPS with Remote Desktop. Because the EA is protected against interrupts, and saves all calculations to file. When trading resumes the calculation are restored from a file. This procedure work only with Remote Desktop servers, or with PC.
2. What the buttons mean:
Slow close - The process of virtual strategies continues in normal mode, but when the virtual profit is reached, the strategy does not start again. Therefore, there is a slow closing of trade.
Close & Remember - Closes positions and stores the required profit and lots in memory.
Close only - Virtual strategies will work only in the mode of closing the current positions without opening new ones.
3. Some recommendations:
- It is important to have a broker with minimal spreads. Large spreads may cause more losses than with small spreads.
- Do not rush to immediately trade in real money, first try on your broker's demo account, look at which pairs are better.
- While testing on a demo account, conduct a test on all points with all pairs and your average spread for this pair. If the results are not satisfied, then you should not use this pair.
- It is also worth paying after test that there are periods of drawdowns and losses. Not all periods are profitable and not all pairs are profitable.
