Sideways Market Analyser Trading Setup

In terms of theory, Sideways Market Analyser can offer you the very good timing for trading. Your actual entry can be sharpen up if you can add the following process in your trading decision.

Instead of relying on the original logic and mechanical trading rules, please consider to identify support and resistance near the sideways Box.

You have to do this manually but it is not so difficult to do so. Here is the rule for identifying support resistance near the sideways Box.

1. Even if Sideways Market Analyser found the box, wait for some time for the market to show some obvious patterns.

2. extended line of Support or resistance should meet or should pass near the Sideways Box.

3. Draw the line around the Sideways Box and wait for the future breakout. You will see quite often this trading will goes right for you.

Here is the reason why you need to find the support and resistance near the sideways box. It is because you can use the original take profit and stop loss target from your original backtesting suggest. With this setup, quite often I found that the half of the original stop loss is enough.

When you are using this trading setup, you do not have to be too obsessed with backtesting results because your entry is not identical to the original mechanical trading setup. However, try to do as best as you can using Net Pips gain criteria.

Replay Historical Patterns in your chart for Harmonic Pattern Plus and Price Breakout Pattern Scanner

When you are able to reply historical patterns from your chart, this can help you to improve your trading knowledge fast. Our Harmonic Pattern Plus and Price Breakout Pattern Scanner can both offer you such ability.

To replay Historical Patterns in your chart with our Harmonic Pattern Plus and Price Breakout Pattern scanner, you will first need to download some historical data first to your terminal.
(The same thing can apply to Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner.)

Here is a simple steps on how to do it (see the screenshots).

1.click on history centre

How to access to your Meta Trader (Terminal) folder

Quite often, traders need to access to open Meta Trader (Terminal) Folder for various reason. Sometimes, you may need to access to your Meta Trader (Terminal) Folder to copy some indicators or expert advisors you have obtained on website. Sometimes, you many need to access to your Meta Trader (Terminal) Folder to delete or remove some files inside your Files folder.

The Cluster of Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ) for Harmonic Pattern Plus and Harmonic Pattern Scenario Planner

The cluster of Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ) is an area where 3 or more Fibonacci retracement levels converges together. (Sometime, one might use 2 Fibonacci retracement levels only. There is no absolute criteria for this.) When several layers of Fibonacci level are stacked up near to each other, this area should be treated as very strong support and resistance. Using classic definition of support and resistance, this condensed area (i.e. PRZ) can act as highly probable trend reversal area or as highly probable breakout area. In the picture below, area A act as a trend reversal area and area B act as a breakout area (trend continuation). For example, in the screenshot below shows 3 strong support levels derived from ABCD pattern. More than often, these strong support levels are where high trading volumes appear. Understanding this basic ideas, you can use PRZ for many different purpose in your art of Harmonic Pattern trading. PRZ can be used to confirm the last point D in your harmonic Pattern. Also this PRZ can be used to place your stop loss or trail your stops or take profit targets.

Market Outlook for EURUSD

Currently EURUSD is falling. When price is falling, it is important to watch out the demand zones in your chart carefully. For now, do not assume too much. Just watch out the two demand zones marked on the screenshots. Use auto Fibo mode in the Mean Reversion Supply Demand to monitor the movement of EURUSD. Future movement will soon reveal itself.
