Price action frequently pushes briefly beyond key swing highs or lows, triggering clustered stop orders and drawing in breakout participants, only to abruptly reverse and resume the broader directional flow.
This software algorithmically identifies these false breakout conditions in real time. Rather than chasing delayed breakout confirmations after substantial momentum has already elapsed, the indicator confirms structural reclaims at turning points: when price sweeps a prior key swing level and closes decisively back inside the boundary with dynamic momentum confirmation, delivering structured on-chart validation strictly upon candle close, ensuring fully non-repainting execution references.
Algorithmic Logic and Trade Validation
The calculation engine operates exclusively on closed bar data. Historical signal markers remain anchored to their respective price bars and do not recalculate, shift, or repaint over time.
Bullish Liquidity Trap Setup (BUY)
- Trend Baseline: The overall instrument establishes a confirmed upward trend structure.
- Sweep Action: Price dips below a defined prior swing low to access resting liquidity.
- Reclaim Trigger: The setup candle closes back above the swept structural level while maintaining position above the dynamic momentum reference line.
- Execution Reference: Confirmation is locked strictly at the setup candle close. The opening price of the immediate subsequent bar serves as the operational execution reference.
Bearish Liquidity Trap Setup (SELL)
- Trend Baseline: The overall instrument establishes a confirmed downward trend structure.
- Sweep Action: Price spikes above a defined prior swing high to access resting liquidity.
- Reclaim Trigger: The setup candle closes back below the breached structural level while remaining beneath the dynamic momentum reference line.
- Execution Reference: Confirmation is locked strictly at the setup candle close. The opening price of the immediate subsequent bar serves as the operational execution reference.
Integrated Risk Architecture and Target Ladder
Rather than providing isolated directional arrows, the indicator projects an end-to-end trade execution structure directly onto the active chart:
- Dynamic Structural Invalidation (Stop Loss): The Stop Loss reference is automatically anchored beyond the extreme wick of the sweep (below the lowest sweep wick for buys, or above the highest sweep wick for sells), incorporating a configurable volatility buffer to accommodate spread fluctuations and market noise.
