To set the News Filter correctly make sure you add the news site https://gmt-offset.online to the MT5/Tools/Options/Experts/Allow WebRequest URL before running EA on the chart.

Hi. EA calculates GMT offset automatically when EA works. It doesn't work on weekends because the Market is closed
