To set the News Filter correctly make sure you add the news site https://gmt-offset.online to the MT5/Tools/Options/Experts/Allow WebRequest URL before running EA on the chart.
After activated the News Filter you should see a news list on the News Window and the red dashed line on the chart.

Hi. EA calculates GMT offset automatically when EA works. It doesn't work on weekends because the Market is closed
