Another one would be to create an alert when the +DI/-DI crosses above the ADX.

I don't see much point in the number of bars after the crossover (by the way, what kind of crossover are you talking about).

As far as I remember, ADX is the sum of +DI/-DI, that is, these are the components of ADX.
And with some settings, +DI/-DI never crosses ADX.
What's the point of such an alert?

The ADX line measures only the strength of the trend, without taking into account its direction.

I set "Enable for one currency", for USD, EUR. How can I fix these on chart? Since it'll move back when I check on other chart and back?

Yes, if you run several indicators on one chart, set each one to its own position on the chart. (Or change the offset X and Y)
Otherwise, they overlap each other.

Red color means downtrend and green color means uptrend?

dark red = Color Down Strong trend 
dark green = Color Up Strong trend

You can hover over a cell and read the tooltip.
You can set every color in the settings.
