Financial operations blocked after chargeback cancellation – need help

I’m having a serious issue with my MQL5 account. Some time ago, a chargeback was accidentally initiated by my credit card provider regarding the purchase of a robot from the MQL5 market.

As soon as I noticed it, I contacted my bank and requested to cancel the dispute. I also paid the full amount on my credit card bill to ensure everything was settled.

However, my account is now showing "financial operations blocked", and today I even bought a new robot — the amount was charged successfully, but I didn’t receive the robot due to the restriction.

I’ve already submitted a support request using the official contact form, but I would really appreciate if a moderator could review my case or help unlock the restriction.

I have no intention of breaking any rules and I just want to continue using the platform as usual.

Estou com um problema sério com minha conta MQL5. Há algum tempo, um chargeback foi iniciado acidentalmente pela minha operadora de cartão de crédito referente à compra de um robô no mercado MQL5.

Assim que percebi, entrei em contato com meu banco e solicitei o cancelamento da disputa. Também paguei o valor integral da fatura do meu cartão de crédito para garantir que tudo fosse resolvido.

No entanto, minha conta agora está com a mensagem "operações financeiras bloqueadas" e hoje até comprei um novo robô — o valor foi cobrado com sucesso, mas não recebi o robô devido à restrição.

Já enviei uma solicitação de suporte usando o formulário de contato oficial, mas agradeceria muito se um moderador pudesse analisar meu caso ou ajudar a desbloquear a restrição.

Não tenho intenção de quebrar nenhuma regra e apenas quero continuar usando a plataforma normalmente.
