Issue with Indicator Installation and Missing Balance in Terminal

 

Hello,
I need your help regarding two recent purchases I made on MQL5.

On July 8, I tried to purchase the MT4 indicator "M1 Arrow" directly from the terminal. I entered my credit card details and finalized the payment, but the payment process got stuck in a loop and never completed.

So I went to my MQL5 account through the website and bought the indicator from there. This time the payment was successful.

However, I couldn't install the indicator. When I clicked on "Install on terminal", nothing happened. Then I tried to download it directly from the terminal, but I had no download option—even though it was already paid for. The platform was asking me to buy it again.

Unable to install it on the terminal, I canceled the purchase—as you can see in screenshot 2. The amount was refunded to my MQL5 balance, which you can see in screenshot 3.

But now the problem is: my MQL5 balance doesn't show up in the terminal, even though I'm logged in with the same account.

Today, July 16, I bought another indicator, but I’m facing exactly the same problem as before.

Please help me: how can I install the indicators in the terminal?

HOW TO INSTALL YOUR PURCHASE

Log into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and install your purchase through your MQL5 account on all MT4/5 terminals where you intend to use it.

In MT4 go to the Terminal window >> Market >> Purchased and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

In MT5 go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

Please note that simply copying and pasting ex4/5 files from one MT4/5 terminal to another will not work for MQL5.com Market purchases.

Additionally, ensure you remain logged into your MQL5 account at all times for the proper functioning of your purchase.
