Menedjer AI 1.07v. A trading robot for gold on the MetaTrader 5 platform

What it is

Menedjer AI is a program that trades gold on the MetaTrader 5 platform without your constant attention. It finds the right moments to enter the market, calculates the size of each trade, and manages the trade until it closes. The main asset is gold. You can also choose silver and the euro against the US dollar.

How to start

You enter the amount of your deposit, choose an asset, and press the "START" button. The program does the rest. To stop it, press the "STOP" button. The program will close its trades and show a report.

How the program chooses a moment to enter

• The program studies the price on several time scales, from daily to one minute. It does not open a trade against a strong movement on a larger scale.
• The program marks the levels where other market participants have gathered their orders, and it takes into account the moment when the price breaks through these levels.
• Ten different models are used for entry. They include a pullback to Fibonacci levels, a bounce from a trend line, several models of the price returning after a false breakout, and a model of "breakout of a level, return to it, and a confirming candle".
• The program recognizes well-known candle patterns, such as the engulfing pattern and the morning star. These strengthen the signal.
• A trade is opened only when the signal has collected enough points.

How the program protects your money

• A small share of capital is set aside for each trade, one percent by default.
• The total risk of all open trades is limited, to two percent of capital by default.
• No more than three trades are open in the same direction at the same time. No more than ten trades are open in total.
• A protective order is set automatically for every trade: the loss is limited to one percent of the entry price.
• Profit is taken in parts at three levels: first about ten to twenty dollars, then twenty to thirty-five, then forty to fifty. After the first part, the protective order is moved to the break-even point.
• If the loss during a working session reaches three percent of the deposit, the program closes all trades and stops.
• The program does not open trades during the release of important economic news, including the United States employment data.
• On Friday, shortly before the end of the trading week, the program closes all of its trades and does not start new ones until the market opens.

How the capital works

The capital of the program equals the deposit you entered plus the result of closed trades. After every closed trade the capital is recalculated, and the next trade is calculated from the new value. Every closed trade is written to a separate file together with the profit or loss received and the new amount of capital.

Report on the work

After you press the "STOP" button, a report appears on the screen. It shows the number of opened trades, the total volume, the opening price and the result of each trade, and the total in dollars. The same report is saved to a text file.

Ease of control

• The control panel is placed directly on the chart. You can move it with the mouse by its top line.
• The size of a trade can be left automatic or set manually from 0.01 to 10.
• The program switches the chart to the chosen asset by itself.

What you need to use it

• The MetaTrader 5 platform.
• An account of the "hedging" type. On an account of another type, the program can hold only one trade.
• Automatic trading turned on.
• For continuous work, it is advisable to rent a virtual server.
• A sufficient deposit. For gold, the smallest trade requires a noticeable amount, and with a small deposit the program will skip entries. The panel shows the required amount for your broker.

Before using the program on a real account, we recommend testing it on a demonstration account.

Important warning about risks

Trading gold and other financial instruments with credit leverage involves a high risk. You can lose the whole amount of your deposit. Automated trading does not guarantee profit, and results of past periods do not promise the same result in the future. During sharp price jumps and the release of news, the broker may close a trade at a price worse than the one you set.
