Trend Matrix XAU is a clean, flexible MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor designed for traders who want a structured approach to trend-based trading without constantly watching the chart.

Choose your preferred fixed trading volume.

Risk Percentage

The EA calculates position volume according to the selected account-risk percentage and the calculated stop distance.

This allows traders to choose between simple fixed-volume trading and percentage-based position sizing.

Account Protection

Several optional protection mechanisms are included:

Spread Filter

Avoid opening new trades when the current spread exceeds your selected limit.

Daily Loss Protection

Stop opening new trades after the configured daily loss percentage is reached.

Maximum Drawdown Protection

Helps prevent further entries when account drawdown reaches the configured threshold.

Maximum Trades Per Day

Set a maximum number of trades the EA can open during a trading day.

Cooldown

Optional waiting period between trades.

Friday Filter

You can stop opening new trades from a selected time on Friday.

Stop Loss & Take Profit

Trend Matrix XAU uses an ATR-based approach for calculating the initial Stop Loss.

The Take Profit can be configured through a selectable Risk/Reward relationship.

This allows the trader to adapt the trade structure to different instruments and volatility conditions.

Optional Break-Even & ATR Trailing

Trade management can be customized according to your preference.

Break-Even

The EA can automatically move the Stop Loss after a configurable profit trigger and lock a selected number of points.

ATR Trailing

An optional ATR-based trailing mechanism can dynamically manage an open position as price moves in the expected direction.

Both functions can be enabled or disabled independently.

Clean On-Chart Dashboard

Trend Matrix XAU includes a compact dashboard that gives you a quick overview of the EA's current state.

The dashboard can display information such as:

Entry Modes

Three entry modes are available:

Alignment Mode
Designed for entering when a new directional alignment is detected.

Every New Bar
Allows the EA to evaluate the active direction on each new entry candle.

Reversal Mode
Designed to react when the detected direction changes.

This gives traders control over how frequently the EA responds to changing market conditions.
