Active intraday traders and scalpers frequently encounter a frustrating cycle around key trendlines: initiating positions on apparent breakouts only to watch price immediately reverse, getting stopped out by aggressive wicks that sweep liquidity before directional expansion begins, or hesitating during valid trendline reactions after enduring repeated whipsaws. These execution issues occur when market participants cannot differentiate between an authentic structural breakout and an engineered liquidity sweep.
TrendlineLiquiditySweep addresses this challenge by identifying liquidity sweeps at key dynamic levels and validating the setup only when structural reversal confirmation is established. Instead of reacting to every volatile test of a boundary, the indicator tracks whether liquidity has been swept and confirms when market participants reassert directional control. Erratic wicks and low-volume consolidation noise are filtered out, leaving a structured chart environment focused on high-conviction inflection points.

Structural Stop Loss Placement:
- The indicator automatically projects a protective Stop Loss reference positioned outside the recent structural swing extreme.
- A configurable volatility buffer provides additional distance beyond key pivots to accommodate normal spread variations and short-term market noise.
