No Drama Arrow is a trading indicator designed for traders who prefer a clean chart, straightforward directional signals, and a structured approach to both entry and exit decisions.
Instead of filling the chart with excessive signals, No Drama Arrow organizes market movement into directional cycles. It highlights potential entry opportunities with clear arrows and provides dedicated exit markers when the active setup is considered complete or when changing market behavior suggests that the position should no longer be maintained.
Version 2.2 introduces a more refined adaptive exit system, designed to address two common problems in signal-based trading: exiting too early during a normal pullback and exiting too late after a favorable move begins to deteriorate.

Entry & Exit Philosophy
No Drama Arrow is designed around a simple visual workflow:
Entry Arrow → Manage the Active Cycle → Exit Marker
The indicator does not rely on an entry signal alone. Once a valid market cycle begins, the exit engine continues evaluating the development of that cycle.
The adaptive exit system is designed to distinguish between an ordinary temporary pullback and a more meaningful deterioration in the active move. This helps provide a more balanced exit behavior without requiring traders to interpret multiple indicators manually.
The Exit Stability setting allows traders to choose how quickly the indicator reacts:
Fast provides a more responsive exit behavior.
Confirmed offers a balanced approach and is the default setting.
Patient allows more room for market fluctuations before confirming an exit.
Non-Repainting Design
No Drama Arrow uses closed-candle confirmation.
Entry and exit signals are confirmed only after the relevant candle has completed. Once a historical signal has been confirmed, it is not intentionally relocated, removed, or recalculated into a different historical position as new ticks arrive.
This design makes the indicator particularly suitable for chart review, forward testing, and systematic evaluation because historical signals remain consistent with what was confirmed at the time.
