MARKET ORACLE GOLD H1
Market Oracle Gold H1 is a fully automated Expert Advisor developed for Gold trading on MetaTrader 5.
The Expert Advisor operates on XAUUSD and uses the H1 timeframe for its main market analysis. It combines same-day support and resistance zones, opening-range structure, trend analysis, volatility measurements, momentum filters and completed-candle confirmation.
The system is designed to search for one controlled trading opportunity per broker server day. It manages one position at a time and does not use grid trading, martingale, hedging or averaging down.
MAIN OPERATING STRUCTURE
Market Oracle analyzes the market in several consecutive stages:
-
Daily opening-range construction
-
Same-day support and resistance zones
-
Zone strength and touch scoring
-
Exponential Moving Average 20, 50 and 200 structure
-
Average True Range volatility measurement
-
Average Directional Index trend-strength analysis
-
Relative Strength Index momentum analysis
-
Tick-volume behavior
-
Candle displacement and exhaustion
-
Fair value gap context
-
Breakout and directional confirmation
-
Completed H1 candle validation
-
Completed M1 candle execution refinement
-
Spread, news, margin and quote-quality checks
-
Automatic position and exit management
The main signal is produced only after an H1 candle has closed. Selected market situations receive additional confirmation from completed M1 candles before the order is sent.
The system does not depend on an unfinished H1 candle for final confirmation.
ONE TRADE PER SERVER DAY
The default configuration allows a maximum of one approved new signal per broker server day.
The Expert Advisor does not continuously open positions. It waits for its analytical conditions, confirmation score and execution requirements to agree.
Only one position associated with the configured symbol and magic number is managed at a time.
The default signal window is from 15:00 to 19:00 broker server time. The operating hours can be adjusted through the input parameters when required for a specific broker.
ENTRY ANALYSIS
The Expert Advisor first builds the daily market context and identifies active support and resistance areas.
The entry engine evaluates:
-
Opening-range behavior
-
Same-day zone location
-
Number of previous zone touches
-
Current daily range compared with volatility
-
Distance from the active zone
-
Distance from the moving-average structure
-
Trend direction and trend strength
-
Momentum and directional movement
-
Candle body and range quality
-
Breakout displacement
-
Fair value gap context
-
Possible exhaustion after an extended movement
-
Completed lower-timeframe price behavior
A trade is not sent only because the market reaches a zone. The system waits for the required score, completed-candle confirmation and execution checks.
The M1 component is used for execution timing and directional confirmation in selected market states. It does not replace the main H1 analysis.
AUTOMATIC LOT SCALING AND COMPOUNDING
Market Oracle includes automatic balance-based position sizing.
The default minimum trading balance is 100 account-currency units. If the balance is below this level, the Expert Advisor does not open a new trade.
The reference position size is 0.05 lot per 1,000 account-currency units. On a 100-unit account, the calculated volume is 0.005 lot. If the broker has a minimum volume of 0.01 lot, the Expert Advisor normalizes the order to the broker minimum of 0.01 lot.
Actual volume depends on:
-
Starting balance
-
Closed trading profit
-
Broker minimum and maximum volume
-
Broker volume step
-
Current balance drawdown
-
Calculated Stop Loss risk
-
Available margin
-
Maximum lot setting
The default configuration uses profit-locked compounding. Position size can increase as closed trading profit increases.
New deposits made after initialization are not treated as trading profit for compounding. This prevents an additional deposit from creating an artificial increase in calculated performance capital.
The compounding multiplier is configurable. The default value is 1.625.
The optional fixed-deposit mode can disable compounding and keep position sizing linked to the starting deposit.
DRAWDOWN RESPONSE
Market Oracle contains a two-stage closed-balance drawdown brake.
When balance drawdown from the recorded peak reaches 0.75 percent, the calculated position size is multiplied by 0.45.
When balance drawdown reaches 4.00 percent, the calculated position size is multiplied by 0.20.
This mechanism reduces new exposure during a drawdown period. It does not close positions solely because the balance reaches these levels and it cannot prevent every possible market loss.
The drawdown brake is based on closed balance behavior. Open equity can still fluctuate while a position is active.
INITIAL RISK AND MARGIN CHECKS
Before sending a new order, the Expert Advisor performs several execution checks.
Default checks include:
-
Maximum initial calculated cash-risk ceiling of 7.00 percent
-
Additional safety allowance for commission and possible stop slippage
-
Minimum projected margin level of 250 percent
-
Broker volume validation
-
Stop Loss and Take Profit validation
-
OrderCheck preflight
-
Maximum accepted quote age of 10 seconds
-
Spread validation
-
Trading-permission validation
-
Symbol and timeframe validation
The 7.00 percent value is a maximum rejection ceiling, not a guaranteed or fixed risk level. The actual risk depends on the selected volume, Stop Loss distance, broker contract specifications and execution price.
SPREAD AND NEWS FILTERS
The default maximum XAU spread setting is 4.0 XAU pips, equivalent to a 0.40 price movement under the Expert Advisor’s pip convention.
An additional volatility-based spread check compares the current spread with Average True Range.
The built-in MetaTrader 5 economic calendar is used for the USD news filter.
By default, new entries are blocked:
-
20 minutes before a relevant USD event
-
20 minutes after a relevant USD event
The news filter is used to avoid new entries around configured events. Market Oracle is not a news-trading Expert Advisor.
TRADE MANAGEMENT
The default position-management structure uses broker-side protection and several profit-management stages.
Initial protection:
-
Base Stop Loss: 60 XAU pips
-
Equivalent default XAU price distance: 6.00
-
Selective regime Stop Loss: 75 XAU pips
-
Equivalent selective price distance: 7.50
-
The selective wider stop uses cash-risk parity
-
Default long-runner Take Profit: 1,040 XAU pips
-
Equivalent XAU price distance: 104.00
Default staged management:
Stage 1
After a favorable XAU price movement of 3.50, the standard profile closes 20 percent of the position and keeps 80 percent available for the runner.
Stage 2
After a favorable movement of 7.00, the runner protection can move to secure approximately 2.50 of XAU price movement.
Stage 3
After a favorable movement of 20.00, the next protection stage can secure approximately 10.00 of XAU price movement.
Stage 4
After a favorable movement of 80.00, the final trailing stage can follow the best observed price with a default gap of 10.00.
Stage behavior can vary in selected validated market regimes. All price-distance values refer to XAUUSD price movement and not directly to account profit. Account profit depends on volume and broker contract specifications.
POSITION PROTECTION AND RECOVERY
Market Oracle sends the initial Stop Loss and Take Profit with the order whenever broker conditions allow it.
The Expert Advisor checks that broker-side protection remains present. It contains retry and emergency handling for situations where protection is missing or rejected.
The system stores important lifecycle information, including:
-
Pending-entry state
-
Position identity
-
Initial protection
-
Partial-close state
-
Runner state
-
Daily signal state
-
Starting balance information
-
Compounding state
This allows the Expert Advisor to recover its managed state after a MetaTrader or VPS restart.
A stable MetaTrader 5 connection and a low-latency VPS are recommended while a position or pending entry lifecycle is active.
ACCOUNT COMPATIBILITY
Market Oracle supports:
-
Demo accounts
-
Contest accounts
-
Real trading accounts
-
Any account deposit currency
-
XAUUSD symbol names containing XAU
-
Common broker suffixes and prefixes
The Expert Advisor must be attached to an XAU symbol on the H1 timeframe.
A unique magic number should be used when other Expert Advisors trade the same symbol.
