Level-based expert advisor for majors and USOIL. Enters on a confirmed candle after the tap, fixed 1:3 target, hard stop on every trade. Fixed lots, no martingale.
TOP-G FX trades EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USOIL and similar instruments from marked supply and demand levels — the same level engine used across the TOP-G family, tuned here for non-gold pairs.
A level being touched is not a signal. TOP-G FX waits for a level to be tapped, then for a clean directional candle on M5 to confirm it, before sending an order.
The level engine
Levels are read from H1, H4, or both, and graded:
- A+ / TJL2 / L4 — the primary zones, traded by default
- TJL1 / L1 / L3 — secondary levels, optional
- RBS / SBR — rally-base-rally and supply-base-rally flips, optional
You can limit trading to only the newest TJL2 zones, set a separate reward:risk for secondary levels, and require a level to agree with the H1 and/or H4 trend before it's tradeable.
Internal Structure Shift (ISS) and engulfing-candle retracement logic (on H4 and above) confirm a level is actually holding before it counts.
When a level can't be taken head-on
A level that disagrees with your trend filter, or whose stop would exceed your maximum pip cap, doesn't have to be thrown away. You choose per-case:
- Skip it, or
- Hold it for an M5 CHoCH (change of character) — if one forms, exactly one trade is taken off that CHoCH's own RBS or A+ level, and only one.
Extreme A+ handles two TJL2 zones stacked close together — paired, traded individually, or filtered to the outer edge, your choice.
Trade management
Stop. Placed beyond the level with a pip buffer for spread. A level whose resulting stop is wider than your cap is skipped rather than traded oversized. The CHoCH route uses its own fixed pip stop.
Target. A fixed reward:risk multiple (1:3 by default).
Trailing. Off (fixed take profit), behind the last confirmed swing high/low, or behind the extreme of the last N candles on a timeframe you choose — your call on how much room a winner gets.
Sizing. Fixed lots. Straightforward position sizing with no equity-percentage compounding logic to misconfigure.
Position limit. One position at a time by default, configurable.
What it will not do
- No martingale. Lot size is fixed; it does not increase to recover a loss.
- No grid or averaging into losers.
- No trade without a stop loss.
- A tapped level goes stale after a time limit you set — no chasing old zones.
Survival controls
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Max trades per day | Caps activity regardless of how many levels tap |
| Max losing trades per day | Stands down after a set number of losses |
| Max consecutive losses | Separate streak guard, resets daily |
| Session windows | Two configurable windows (PKT); entries only inside them |
| News filter | MT5 economic calendar, minimum importance configurable, can flatten before an event |
| Weekend flat | Closes everything and stops entering before a Friday cut-off |
| Broker GMT offset | Session/news windows are converted from PKT using this — must be set correctly |
Requirements
- Symbol: EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USOIL and similar non-gold instruments (a separate TOP-G program handles XAUUSD)
- Timeframe: attach to any chart; levels are read from H1/H4 and entries confirmed on M5 regardless of chart timeframe
- Account: hedging or netting
- Broker offset: set InpBrokerGMT to your server's GMT offset before your first session — sessions and news windows are expressed in PKT (UTC+5) and depend on it
Setup note
Check your broker's server time against GMT in Market Watch and set InpBrokerGMT accordingly before going live. An uncorrected offset means the EA trades the wrong hours, not no hours — it will still take trades, just outside the window you intended.
Honest note on performance
Level placement depends on the price feed it's read from, so results vary by broker and by symbol — a setup tuned on EURUSD is not automatically the right setup for USOIL. Backtest each instrument on the account you intend to trade, and treat the fixed-lot default as a starting point to size from your own account, not a recommendation.
Past performance does not predict future results. Trading leveraged instruments carries risk of loss.
