WB Signal
Is an Indicator that will help you SPOT the right entry for scalping, you can adjust your strategy & entry by changing your time frame.
- Automatic Historical Recalculation: Upon loading or changing assets, the script parses the entire available chart history via a dynamic loop array, mapping past setups so you can instantly back test its visual performance.
- Non-Repainting Signal Printing: The code evaluates price action strictly after a candle finishes. Once a buy or sell arrow prints on your chart, it will never change position, disappear, or repaint, ensuring reliable retrospective analysis.
🌟 Key Technical Features
- Multi-Timeframe Adaptability: It reads structural data dynamically from MT5’s environment. It automatically recalibrates its parameters whether you scale down to a 1-minute chart (M1) for scalping or scale up to a Daily chart (D1) for swing trading.
- Two-Tiered Deviation Tracking:
- Inner Corridor (1.0 Deviation / Orange): Defines the standard behavioral zone where price spends roughly 68.3% of its time.
- Outer Boundary (2.0 Deviation / Yellow): Represents an extreme exhaustion zone where price statistically travels only 4.6% of the time.
- Visual Arrow Markers: Automatically calculates optimal spacing below a candle's low (low[i] - 10 points) or above a candle's high (high[i] + 10 points) to cleanly plot structural entry arrows without cluttering price bars.
🚀 Trading Advantages
🌟 The "WB Trend-Pulse" Execution Strategy
To maximize the win rate of the WB Signal Indicator, you should avoid trading its arrows blindly in every market condition. The most profitable way to trade it is as a Trend-Continuation Invalidation Strategy.
Instead of fighting strong trends, this strategy uses the indicator to catch deep pullbacks within an established trend, entries during key market hours, and strict risk-mitigation rules.
Strategy Pillar | Execution Specification
Best Timeframes | 15-Minute (M15) for day trading; 1-Hour (H1) for swing trading.
Core Indicators | 1. WB Signal Indicator
You can add 50-Period Exponential Moving Average (EMA 50) for trend bias.
Trading Sessions | London & New York Sessions only (High volume ensures clean wicks)
📥 1. Buy Entry Rules (Long Setups)
Do not buy every blue arrow. Only take a buy entry when the market structure is in your favor:
- Trend Filter: The price must be trading above the 50 EMA, and the 50 EMA must be sloping upward.
- The Invalidation Trigger: A deep pullback occurs. A candle punches through the Lower Yellow Band of the WB Signal.
- The Close Confirmation: The candle rejects that low and closes above the lower yellow band, printing a Blue Buy Arrow.
- Execution: Enter 1 Buy Position immediately at the open of the very next candle.
📤 2. Sell Entry Rules (Short Setups)
Only take short entries when the dominant market force is bearish:
- Trend Filter: The price must be trading below the 50 EMA, and the 50 EMA must be sloping downward.
- The Invalidation Trigger: A sharp relief rally occurs. A candle punches through the Upper Yellow Band of the WB Signal.
- The Close Confirmation: The candle rejects that high and closes below the upper yellow band, printing a Red Sell Arrow.
- Execution: Enter 1 Sell Position immediately at the open of the very next candle.
⚠️ 3. Risk Management & Exit Blueprint
The entry is only half the battle; exact math on your exits is what protects your capital.
- Stop Loss (SL) Placement:
- For Buy: Place your SL 3–5 pips below the wick low of the trigger candle that created the arrow.
- For Sell: Place your SL 3–5 pips above the wick high of the trigger candle that created the arrow.
- Take Profit 1 (TP1 - Partial Profit): Set your first target at the Middle Blue Line of the WB Signal. When reached, close 50% of your position and move your remaining Stop Loss to Break Even (entry price).
- Take Profit 2 (TP2 - Target Max): Set your final target at the opposite Inner Orange Line. (e.g., if you bought at the lower yellow line, your final target is the upper orange line).
💡 Golden Rules for Filter Out False Signals
- Avoid Flat Markets (Chop): If the Middle Blue line and the 50 EMA are completely flat and weaving through the candles, turn the indicator off. Bollinger Bands constrict during low volume, creating false breakout prints, if you want to make a short range scalping you can enter after the print of arrow enter after a small pullback SL below the previous rejection TP below next Deviation Line.
- The "News" Filter: Do not trade signals that print 15 minutes before or after high-impact macroeconomic news (e.g., NFP, CPI, or Interest Rate decisions). News volatility punches straight through standard deviation bands without respecting technical rejections.
