⚙️ Settings Presets — Pick Yours

Zalo EA ships with a built-in Safety Layer (Lot Safety, Margin Safety, Netting Support) enabled by default. This layer is designed for smaller and funded/prop accounts where capital preservation comes first. Depending on your account, choose one of the two presets below in your input panel.

Preset 1 — Protected Mode (default, recommended for accounts ≤$1000 or any funded/prop challenge)
Leave everything as it ships. No changes needed.

• UseHardLotCap = true
• UseNettingLotCap = true
• UseMarginSafety = true

This caps lot growth and forces early basket closure on drawdown — built to keep you inside prop firm rules and protect smaller balances from over-extension.

Preset 2 — Full Power Mode (recommended for personal, non-funded accounts above $1000)
This unlocks the EA's original backtested martingale sizing — the configuration the performance results above were generated on. Toggle these to false in your inputs:

• ForceCloseOnDD = false
• UseHardLotCap = false
• UseNettingLotCap = false
• UseMarginSafety = false

(Leave SafeCloseOnly = true — this only prevents weekend "market closed" errors and has no effect on sizing or risk.)

Account Type — Set Once, Based On Your Broker

• EnableNetting = true if your MT5 account is a Netting account (most prop firms and many brokers)
• EnableNetting = false if your MT5 account is a Hedging account

This is independent of the two presets above — it just tells the EA how your broker counts positions, and should match your account type regardless of which preset you choose.

• Lot Mode: AUTO for balance-scaled sizing | FIXED if you prefer manual control
• Risk Mode: MEDIUM for standard accounts | LOW for prop firms
• Daily Profit Stop: 3-5% recommended — default is 3%
• Max DD Limit: Enable this if your broker or prop firm enforces a hard drawdown rule
