Master Good morning and a big hug from Italy, I believe updates to be included in the program are essential because if I have many operations in my portfolio they cannot be used in a useful way. Exceptional product!

symbol position and % ...they are essential for those functions otherwise you are forced to open a panel for each pair... and then managing the console becomes very confusing... I hope the translator does his job well to make you understand the concept

I got a notification in the expert panel in my toolbox on MT5. It simply says "invalid licence". It had been working perfectly for the last number of months. I bought the product in full not a rental so I don't understand why it has stopped working. Do you have any suggestion. Thanks.
Managed to get it back running. However now when I place a line buy/sell there's no sl/tp on the screen. There's only a buy/sell and the lot size which is fixed at 0.01. This is unfortunately making it useless as the main use I have for this trade manager is to be able easily adjust my tp and sl which I can't do anymore as they don't appear on the screen anymore. Is there something I can do in the settings to get this back working again. Thanks

I enable Risk management and the EA opened 6 trades on the same second!!!!!
And then closed all due to risk settings??? What is this???

1) Open the Expert tab, there you will see the entries What functionality opens and closes orders.
2) Judging by the orders, you have position locking enabled.
3) If you are writing about a problem with the risk manager, and want me to explain, then you need to show me the risk manager settings.

At the moment there is no functionality in the panel that would allow you to automatically close the order grid under certain conditions.
But I think that in the future I will add such functions.

3) You are right, but I was so frustrated/angry that I lost all this money for reasons that I don't understand/configure that I did not take a screenshot, and after logging to another account all the settings are lost for the risk management. Why is that? Why is it not storing the settings? Or do I need to manully save the settings?

1) After logging to another account all that information is lost. From a developer point of view do you expect that the expert opens 6 positions at once even though I only opened one??? What am I missing here? The only thing I did was configure the risk manager, selected line sell, opened the positions and then 6 positions opened and closed immediately! Where does 6 come from?? I tested the lock mechanism on another account and I see it opening one buy and one sell, but not 6!! Please help me understand this as this is extremely frustrated and it costed me a huge amount of money, for something that I did not configure!!
Also, what is extremely weird is that I had daily risk settings set to 600, and weekly risk settings set to 1200, and limit of number of position to 6, this was a completely fresh day!! Thanks for the links. You are not next to me or telepath but I am describing a simple scenario and I am hoping you are able to provide more perspective so that I can understand what is going wrong.
I wish I could share all the info from the experts tab, but it is not my fault that after changing an account all the info is lost. Sorry, but I didn't know that.
Summary of use: I have been using this trading panel for about 1.5 years and I never had the circumstances with my settings where it opens 6 trades when I am trying to open one. It is also shown, that there are 6 trades on the same second. I did not do that as I am explaining and you have to take my word for it and try to help.
What happened in more detail, after checking back what I did:
1) As I explained, the use of the EA is to ONLY select Line sell or Line buy, manage the risk and open ONE trade.
2) Last week I set the risk manager, and I set the following:
2a) Max Daily loss - 600
- Alert
- Lock positions
- Close all positions
2b) Max weekly loss - 1200
- Alert
- Lock positions
- Close all positions
2c) Max number of open positions per day - 6
- Alert
- Close all positions
- Close all pending orders
- Lock positions
3) On a new week where all the limits were 0, I opened ONE sell position on GER30.
4) On the next second 6 trades were opened at once and immediately closed causing a loss of 477$. Is the locking mechanism for 3 settings (numbers of positions, day risk, weekly risk), opens a second position for every type of setting? Would that explain why I ended up from 1 position to 6?
My question is simple, and my main concern is moving forward without having this issue again. I am using the EA very simply, and the expert functions I have not touched for a long time and never had an issue with this EA. What I want to hear from you is How the EA can open 6 positions after the only thing I changed (in the last 2 years) is the risk settings. Please help more than saying that you are not an empath. If you say that the lock mechanism explains that, I will understand how I should have been way more careful and read more on that. And maybe from this issue you can have more descriptive titles.
