Candle Time Countdown Clock

Bar Countdown is an MT4 indicator that shows the size of the current candle and exactly how much time is left before it closes. It is a practical tool that many traders rely on in high-frequency trading and short-term scalping, where a few seconds or a couple of points can decide whether a trade wins or loses. By putting the three pieces of information you check most often — time, range, and spread — directly on the chart, it helps you make faster, calmer decisions.

Core functions

Time — Countdown. The indicator displays how many seconds remain until the current candle closes. The figure updates every second, so you always know precisely when the next candle will form. This gives you concrete information to support both opening and closing decisions. For instance, you can hold off from entering right before a candle closes, or prepare your exit as the clock winds down instead of guessing.

Bar — Range. The indicator measures the real amplitude of the current candle, from its highest point to its lowest point, and shows it as an exact number in points. Rather than estimating a candle's size with your eyes, you get a true data reading. That makes it easy to judge current volatility at a glance and decide whether the move has enough room to trade.

Spread. The indicator shows the live spread of the current symbol in real time. Seeing the spread before you place an order tells you the entry cost up front, which matters most in fast markets or during volatile sessions when spreads can widen suddenly.

Why traders keep it on the chart
