BoS and CHoCH Market Structure segna la struttura di mercato direttamente sul grafico: massimi e minimi di swing, Break of Structure (BoS) e Change of Character (CHoCH). Uno swing è confermato quando è il massimo o il minimo del numero di barre scelto su ciascun lato. Quando una candela CHIUDE oltre l'ultimo swing, l'indicatore disegna una linea dallo swing alla candela che lo rompe e la etichetta: BoS se la rottura va nella direzione del trend corrente, CHoCH se va contro di esso.

Funzioni

BoS (Break of Structure) - una chiusura oltre l'ultimo swing nella direzione del trend corrente (continuazione del trend)
CHoCH (Change of Character) - una chiusura oltre l'ultimo swing contro il trend corrente (possibile cambio di direzione)
Rottura con la CHIUSURA della candela - un'ombra che tocca soltanto uno swing non conta come rottura
Eventi rialzisti e ribassisti in colori separati; ciascuno dei quattro tipi di evento (BoS rialzista, CHoCH rialzista, BoS ribassista, CHoCH ribassista) può essere attivato o disattivato
Forza dello swing regolabile - da 2 a 50 barre per lato: valori minori danno più eventi, valori maggiori ne danno meno e più significativi
Freccia facoltativa sulla candela che rompe
Segni facoltativi HH / HL / LH / LL sugli swing (ogni swing è confrontato con lo swing precedente dello stesso tipo)
Stile e spessore della linea e dimensione delle etichette sono regolabili
Avvisi per i nuovi eventi: finestra pop-up e/o notifica push (disattivati per impostazione predefinita); gli avvisi sono inviati solo per i nuovi eventi sul grafico live, non per lo storico caricato all'avvio

Come funziona

Tutto è calcolato su barre CHIUSE. Un evento compare quando chiude la candela che rompe e in seguito non viene ridisegnato né spostato.
Uno swing è confermato solo dopo che è trascorso il numero di barre scelto alla sua destra, perciò la struttura è sempre in ritardo di alcune barre rispetto al prezzo. È così che funziona ogni struttura basata sugli swing, ed è il prezzo da pagare per evitare falsi swing.
Lo stato del trend è aggiornato da ogni rottura, indipendentemente dal fatto che l'evento sia mostrato o nascosto, quindi attivare o disattivare i tipi di evento non cambia ciò che è BoS e ciò che è CHoCH.

Note

L'indicatore non conosce il trend prima dell'inizio dello storico analizzato, quindi il primo evento nello storico caricato è sempre un BoS. Se la lunghezza dello storico cambia (per esempio dopo un ricaricamento con un valore diverso di «Bars of history to analyse»), il tipo degli eventi più vecchi sul grafico può cambiare. Gli eventi sul grafico live non sono interessati.
Valori alti di «Swing strength» richiedono più barre: con storici molto brevi potrebbero non esserci eventi.
Gli eventi sono disegnati come oggetti del grafico; l'indicatore non ha buffer utilizzabili negli Expert Advisor.
