SmartAlgo Candle Timer is a simple MetaTrader 5 indicator that displays the remaining time until the current candle closes directly on the chart.
The timer updates every second and calculates the remaining time using the current chart symbol and timeframe. The displayed countdown helps traders keep track of the current candle's remaining duration without needing to monitor the platform clock separately.
Main Functions
The indicator displays a live countdown for the current candle.
The remaining time is updated every second.
The current chart timeframe can be displayed together with the countdown.
The timer is positioned at the top center of the chart by default.
The timer position can be adjusted using horizontal and vertical offsets.
The font name and font size can be customized.
The timer color can change according to the remaining time.
Three color states are available:

Normal color

Warning color

Danger color
The warning and danger thresholds can be configured independently.
The timeframe label can be shown or hidden.
Supported Timeframes
The indicator recognizes the standard MetaTrader 5 timeframes implemented in the program, including:
M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M10, M12, M15, M20, M30
H1, H2, H3, H4, H6, H8, H12
D1, W1, MN1
Display
The timer is displayed as a chart label and does not use a separate indicator subwindow.
When the timeframe label is enabled, the display shows the timeframe followed by the remaining time.
For longer periods, the remaining time can be displayed in hours, minutes and seconds. For shorter periods, it is displayed in minutes and seconds.
Settings
Users can customize the timer position, font, font size, normal color, warning color, danger color, warning threshold, danger threshold, and timeframe label visibility.
Usage
Attach SmartAlgo Candle Timer to a MetaTrader 5 chart. The indicator will automatically display the countdown for the current candle.
The timer follows the symbol and timeframe of the chart where the indicator is attached. No additional data, external services, or manual calculations are required.
SmartAlgo Candle Timer is a chart timing utility. It does not generate trading signals, execute trades, manage positions, or provide guaranteed trading results.
