This floating‑profit pyramid gold EA only adds positions after existing orders generate floating profit, avoiding blind position‑adding under loss conditions. It adopts EMA20 plus ADX24 dual‑indicator filter to filter false oscillation signals and reduce invalid order openings. Multiple hard risk controls are built‑in to protect your account.

Opening logic
EMA20 moving average combined with ADX24 indicator is used to identify real trends. Initial order will only be opened when trend strength is sufficient and price stays above or below the moving average. It will keep waiting in ranging markets and avoid frequent new orders.
Important reminder:
ADX indicator only controls new initial orders.
If positions are already held, even if market later turns into range condition, EA will not close existing orders actively. All exits follow trailing stop and group stop loss rules.
Under repeated false‑breakout market, situations of open‑quick stop‑wait‑re‑open may occur, which increases trade counts. This is inherent feature of the strategy instead of program fault.
Position‑adding mechanism
Position‑adding is triggered by total floating profit of the whole position group instead of fixed price distance.
When total floating profit of group reaches preset threshold, one additional order with equal lot size will be placed. If floating profit keeps rising, next layer of position‑adding will be triggered.
Maximum 5 additional orders, at most 6 orders in total. Multiple orders will not be sent simultaneously within one millisecond. Position‑adding executes step‑by‑step according to floating‑profit conditions to reduce broker risk‑control risks.
Exit mechanism with three independent exit conditions
1. Optional total group take profit, turned off by default
2. Trailing stop: activated only after floating profit reaches set value. All positions will be closed when price pulls back.
3. Group total stop loss: close all positions forcibly when total group loss hits threshold.

Read before use
1. All backtests are completed on zero‑spread ECN accounts (raw spread <0.05 USD per ounce, commission <5 USD per lot per side).
This EA has relatively high trading frequency. Zero‑spread ECN account is strongly recommended.
If standard account is used, spread costs will eat most profits. Real‑account returns will shrink greatly or even turn unprofitable.
2. Reference backtest trade counts: up to 80000‑90000 trades per year in highly active market; several thousand to tens of thousands in normal market. False‑breakout ranging market will significantly increase trade volume.
3. Default parameters (initial lot 0.07, 5 times position‑adding, floating‑profit interval 10 USD, trailing stop 25/10, group stop loss 150 USD, max floating loss 300 USD, daily hard stop 2000 USD) are optimized by 2021‑2026 six‑year backtest. Arbitrarily changing core parameters will break strategy balance. Users shall bear losses caused by parameter modification.
4. This EA has high trading frequency and is sensitive to network latency. For stable order execution, 7×24‑hour VPS close to broker server is recommended for long‑time EA running. Home computer and ordinary home network are not suitable for long‑term EA operation.
