Flatera Gold is a new trading algorithm that specializes in the XAUUSD H1 instrument.
The trading system incorporates cluster analysis. This means it trades only in specific market regimes – namely, in a flat market. The screenshot shows trades to illustrate that the system operates during periods of market calm. Grouping quotes by volatility and some other proprietary indicators has made this system very stable. The bot knows that patterns exist within the flat cluster, so it places high-precision trades.
The system is in no hurry and does not spam orders. Every order has protective stops, and trades are opened and closed based on system signals.
There is always only one buy or sell position in the market at a time. An analog of grid trading without martingale is also provided – opening additional positions in the same direction to increase the number of trades.
The system has a built-in pre-trained neural network in ONNX format, which serves as an additional filter.
All parameters are intuitive and familiar to most users; they are shown in the screenshot. Below I will describe the parameters for the order grid, as they are unique.
Description of the order grid settings (if you prefer to trade with a grid):
- Max positions number – if set to one position, trading is always carried out with a single market order to buy or sell, depending on the signal direction. If you set 2 or more positions, the bot can place additional orders on new bars if the signal persists. This will increase the number of trades, but trading will not become less effective.
- Time delay between positions – the time delay (in bars of the current timeframe) after which additional positions are allowed to be opened. For example, the bot will open a new position only if 3 hours have passed.
- Distance between positions – the minimum distance in points from the last opened order at which a new one is allowed to be opened. To prevent the bot from overtrading, you can set a certain distance from the current position, closer than which a new trade will not be opened.
I remind you that trading with this grid analog is not mandatory, but optional. An up-to-date .set file is attached in the bot's comments. You can optimize the settings.
