Self-learning adaptive RSI bands with phone alerts - plug and play, any symbol, any timeframe.
NARSI - Neural Adaptive RSI
I use NARSI on my own charts. Considering the amount of work that went into it, I believe it is excellent value - and despite everything it does under the hood, it stays light and efficient. It will not bog down your terminal.
NARSI throws away the old fixed 70/30 RSI levels - the same numbers on every symbol and every timeframe. "Overbought" on quiet EURUSD is not "overbought" on a trending Nasdaq. NARSI measures where the real extremes sit on YOUR instrument and YOUR timeframe, continuously, and draws two adaptive bands that move with the market.
Get alerted on your phone
When price reaches the adaptive overbought or oversold band, NARSI sends a push notification straight to the MetaTrader app on your phone - so you can act without sitting at the screen. Terminal popup and email alerts are included too. Alerts fire once per genuine crossing, not on every tick.

What it does
The band is built from three layers working together: a forgetting-quantile tracker that learns the true RSI extremes of your instrument and keeps re-learning them so it never freezes; a small neural network that fine-tunes the band by time of day, volatility, momentum and trend; and a regime layer that widens the band in strong trends (so you are not fading momentum) and tightens it in quiet ranges. It learns online, bar by bar, and saves what it learns between sessions.

Honest note
NARSI is a decision-support tool. It does not place trades and makes no profit promises - it gives you an adaptive, self-calibrating read on RSI extremes and regime, plus an alert when an extreme is reached.

QUICK MANUAL
Install: put NARSI_v4_3.mq4 in MQL4\Indicators\ , refresh Navigator, drag onto any chart, OK. It self-calibrates on attach - no setup.
Read it: RSI inside the bands = neutral. At/above the upper band = overbought. At/below the lower band = oversold. The band widens in strong trends so it doesn't flash on every push. Use it as confluence with your own method.
Phone alerts (one time): in the MetaTrader mobile app, copy your MetaQuotes ID. In the terminal: Tools > Options > Notifications > enable push, paste ID, Test. Done - you'll get overbought/oversold alerts on your phone.
Key inputs (defaults are fine): InpAlertPush phone alert, InpAlertPopup terminal alert, InpAlertEmail email, InpAlertOnBarClose on = repaint-free / off = instant, InpEmaSmth higher = snappier band, InpRegimeWidth 0 = pure mean-reversion. Move the panel with InpCorner (0 TL, 1 TR, 2 BL, 3 BR).
