The calculation of this indicator is based on the True Range that takes into account the last periods that were entered in the parameter (ATR period). After calculating the TR, I get the median value and the point above and or below this median is the TR value multiplied by the parameter (ATR multiplier).
What the indicator tells you is that considering the last N movements, the price has its decisive point at the indicated price. It may be that when closing against the indicated point the price will reverse.
