It's not a miracle indicator, but with its default settings, it's not bad at finding consolidation, breakout and reversal points (unlike more traditional indicators that detect supports and resistances, some of which are cumbersome to calculate and display over several time horizons). Personally, I use it for trend-following combined with divergences, and find its most appropriate use is for time units between 15 min and 4 h. Good work.
