Built for gold on the 15-minute chart, MetaEngine C4 does not hunt for a single perfect setup.

It runs four independent strategies in parallel, scores every signal through its own trained gate,

and only routes the highest-confidence candidate to the market.

Protection is permanently enabled. It cannot be switched off.

What it does

MetaEngine C4 is a fully automated Expert Advisor for XAUUSD on M15. Most EAs are one idea with a stop loss attached. This one is an ensemble  four separate strategies watching the same chart for four different things:

• Moving average within an established trend

• RRSI extreme coinciding with a lookbackbar swing extreme

• Break confirmed by ATR expansion

• Volatility compression followed by release

Each strategy has its own dedicated  gradient-boosted gate that reads various engineered features and returns a probability of the trade winning. Each gate carries its own threshold, calibrated per strategy

Four strategies firing at once is a liability, not a feature, unless something arbitrates. The router runs on every candidate bar:

• No gate passes its threshold → no trade. Silence is a valid output. Most bars produce nothing.

• Two or more strategies fire in conflicting directions → stand aside. The engine will not buy and sell the same disagreement. Internal contradiction is treated as absence of edge, not as a coin flip.

• Otherwise the highest P(win) candidate is taken, and only that one.

Why it's different from typical "gold EAs"

• No martingale. No grid. No averaging. No recovery mode. One position at a time, sized from risk.

• Risk-based position sizing. Every trade is sized so that 1R equals a fixed % of equity  not a fixed lot that quietly becomes reckless as the account grows.

• ATR-structured exits. 

• 24-bar time stop. A trade that has not resolved in six hours is closed. Capital is recycled, not left hoping.

• Profit protection is permanently ON and cannot be disabled. The trailing stop and the stagnation lock run in every build. No input switches them off, and every CUSTOM value is clamped in OnInit to a bounded range chosen so protection always remains active.

• Stagnation lock. When a position has gone nowhere  the span of the last N closed bars stays inside a defined range .

• Order handling built to broker constraints. Every stop-loss and take-profit modification runs a stops-level and spread placeability pre-check, with a per-ticket backoff on rejection. No retry storms, no invalid-stops spam in your journal.

• Writes nothing to disk. No CSV logs, no telemetry files, no accumulating debris in your Common\Files folder.

• Engine is symbol-agnostic. The gates are trained and tuned for XAUUSD M15.
