Smart Session Breakout MT5 — Precision Range Accumulation & Volatility Expansion Signals
Markets spend part of the trading day accumulating volume inside a tight range, and part of the day breaking out with explosive momentum. Smart Session Breakout draws the exact accumulation range of any session you choose (Asian, London, New York), carries its high and low levels forward as dynamic support/resistance, and marks genuine breakout candles.
Key Features:
- Session Accumulation Box: Draws the high and low range of your chosen trading session and projects those levels forward as support and resistance lines.
- ATR Volatility Body Filter: Filters out marginal or fake breakouts. The breakout candle's real body must reach a configurable multiple of ATR (default: 0.8x ATR), discarding weak wicks and 1-pip drifts.
- 100% Non-Repainting Signals: With "Confirm Signal on Bar Close" enabled (default), signals confirm strictly when the candle closes. An arrow that appears will never move, repaint, or disappear on future ticks.
- Midnight-Crossing Session Support: Fully supports sessions that cross broker server midnight (e.g. Asian 22:00 to 08:00 or London 08:00 to 12:00).
- Range Height Sanity Filter: Automatically skips sessions where the range is too tight or abnormally wide based on your min/max pip limits.
- On-Chart HUD: Sleek dashboard displaying the active session phase, current live spread, ATR in pips, and a bar close countdown timer.
- Multi-Level Alerts: Instant popup alerts, audio notifications, mobile Push alerts, and Email alerts upon confirmed breakout bars.
Common Session Configurations (Broker Server Time):
- Asian Session Range: 00:00 to 08:00
- London Session Breakout: 08:00 to 12:00
- New York Session Open: 13:00 to 17:00
(Always verify your broker's server clock in the MT5 Market Watch before configuring session hours).
Input Parameters:
Session & Range:
- Session Start / End: HH:MM in broker server time.
- Max Days to Process: Historical days calculated on chart (default: 30).
- Min / Max Range Height (pips): Range bounds to filter out irregular days.
- Confirm Signal on Bar Close: Non-repainting mode (true).
Volatility Filter:
- Enable ATR Expansion Filter: Toggle volume/volatility filter.
- ATR Period: Calculation period (default: 14).
- Min Breakout Body vs ATR Ratio: Required candle body size relative to ATR (default: 0.8).
Visuals & Alerts:
- Box Color, Fill Background, Dashboard Corner position, and full alert toggles (Popup, Sound, Push, Email).
