ZyloFx Risk Manager Pro MT5 is an account protection utility for MetaTrader 5. It helps traders monitor account conditions and apply predefined risk rules when selected limits are reached.

The product does not open trades, does not provide trading signals, and does not use any entry strategy. It can be used together with manual trading or other Expert Advisors as an additional risk control tool.

Main functions

  • Monitor balance, equity, daily profit, and drawdown.
  • Set equity and balance protection limits.
  • Set balance-based protection limits.
  • Use daily drawdown protection based on equity.
  • Activate Hard Lock when a protection rule is reached.
  • Close open positions if the selected action is enabled.
  • Delete pending orders if the selected action is enabled.
  • Use trading hours and active day filters.
  • Use prop firm style daily loss and drawdown controls.
  • Use whole account mode or Magic Number mode.
  • Use spread filter to block new trading activity when spread is too high.
  • Receive popup, push, email, or sound alerts if configured.

How it works

The EA monitors the account in real time. If a configured limit is reached, the selected protection actions can be applied. For example, the EA can activate Hard Lock, close positions, or delete pending orders depending on the user settings.

The spread filter is used to prevent new trading activity when the current spread is higher than the configured value. It does not close existing positions only because the spread increases.

Daily Drawdown is based on equity. It compares the current account equity with the daily equity reference. Negative Equity is a general equity protection rule. Negative Balance is based on balance movement.

Panel sections

The panel includes sections for status, limits, protection actions, automatic reactivation, trading hours, advanced controls, and manual emergency controls. The user can configure the tool according to the account size, broker conditions, trading style, and risk tolerance.

Important notes

This product is a risk management utility. It does not guarantee profit and does not remove trading risk. The user is responsible for choosing the correct settings and testing the product before using it on a live account.

This is a very good EA for protecting capital just in case if the drawdown protection in EA fails or if there is no drawdown protection in EA itself. This EA also has the ability to not take trades is spread reaches above a certain level defined by user. Also, the owner of this EA is very helpful person, understands each query carefully and helps us out. My suggestions were implemented by them in newer versions. Overall it is a very good software.

This is a very good EA for protecting capital just in case if the drawdown protection in EA fails or if there is no drawdown protection in EA itself. This EA also has the ability to not take trades is spread reaches above a certain level defined by user. Also, the owner of this EA is very helpful person, understands each query carefully and helps us out. My suggestions were implemented by them in newer versions. Overall it is a very good software.
