Matsukaze CRT MTF visualizes Candle Range Theory across seven timeframes simultaneously on a single chart. It detects CRT ranges, identifies sweep touches, and plots buy and sell signals when price sweeps a range boundary and closes back inside, confirming a potential reversal.
What is Candle Range Theory
CRT is a price action framework based on the idea that every candlestick defines a range. When price sweeps beyond that range and closes back inside, it signals a likely reversal. This pattern captures the Accumulation, Manipulation, and Distribution cycle that occurs at every scale of the market.
A bullish CRT setup forms when price wicks below the range low, triggering stop losses, then closes back above the low. A bearish CRT setup forms when price wicks above the range high and closes back below it. These setups are especially effective when confirmed across multiple timeframes.
How This Indicator Works
The indicator loads completed candles from seven configurable timeframes and tracks the high-low range of each. When a new candle on the higher timeframe stays inside the existing range, the range continues. When it breaks out, a new range begins.
On your chart timeframe, the indicator monitors every confirmed bar for touches against each active range. A touch occurs when price sweeps beyond a range boundary and closes back inside. When detected, a buy or sell arrow is plotted on the chart and an optional alert is sent.
All signals are confirmed on bar close. The indicator does not repaint.
Seven Timeframes at Once
The default configuration monitors M30, H1, H2, H4, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly ranges. Each timeframe has its own color for instant visual identification. Any timeframe can be toggled on or off independently.
Recommended chart timeframe is H1 for the best balance of signal quality and range visibility. M5 or M15 can be used for scalping, H4 for swing trading.

Touch Detection Logic
Bullish Touch: Price wick drops below the range low, then the bar closes above the range low while remaining below the range high. This confirms a sweep of sell-side liquidity followed by rejection.
Bearish Touch: Price wick extends above the range high, then the bar closes below the range high while remaining above the range low. This confirms a sweep of buy-side liquidity followed by rejection.
How to Use
Apply the indicator to an M5 or M15 chart. Wait for a touch signal confirmed by a green up-arrow or red down-arrow. Use the higher timeframe range levels as your reference for stop loss and take profit. The range low serves as stop loss for a bullish CRT and the range high is the initial target. For a bearish CRT, the range high is the stop loss and the range low is the target.
For higher probability setups, look for alignment across multiple timeframes. A bullish touch on the H4 range that also sits near a Daily range low is a stronger setup than a single-timeframe signal.
Recommended Settings
Default settings work best on H1 chart. For XAUUSD, apply to H1 with all timeframes enabled. The indicator will show M30 through Monthly ranges simultaneously. For scalping on M5 or M15, consider disabling Weekly and Monthly ranges to reduce clutter. For swing trading on H4, disable M30 and H1 ranges. Adjust range colors to match your chart theme.

Works on all symbols available in MetaTrader 5 including forex pairs, gold, silver, indices, oil, cryptocurrencies, and stocks. Works on all timeframes. No external dependencies or DLLs required.
Important Notes
This indicator does not repaint. All signals are confirmed on bar close. It is an analysis tool that identifies CRT setups. It does not place trades automatically. Always use proper risk management and combine with your own analysis. Past setups do not guarantee future results.
