Trade Journal Exporter est un utilitaire de trading manuel conçu pour MetaTrader 5. Il fournit une interface simple sur le graphique qui permet aux traders d'exporter leur historique de trades fermés dans un fichier CSV structuré en un seul clic. Cet outil est destiné aux traders qui tiennent des registres de performance détaillés, analysent des décisions passées ou nécessitent des sauvegardes externes de leur activité de trading. L'utilitaire n'automatise pas le trading, ne génère pas de signaux et ne modifie pas les soldes de compte. Il fonctionne exclusivement comme un assistant d'exportation de données, convertissant les données historiques de trades en un format compatible avec Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets et la plupart des logiciels de journalisation.

Format CSV Professionnel garantit que les fichiers sont structurés avec des en-têtes et des délimiteurs clairs pour une importation facile.

Le Fichier Exporté

En cliquant sur le bouton d'exportation, un fichier CSV est généré. Le fichier est nommé automatiquement avec un horodatage pour éviter d'écraser les enregistrements précédents. Le type de fichier est CSV avec encodage UTF-8. Le délimiteur est un point-virgule. Il est compatible avec Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice et les logiciels de journal de trading.

Colonnes de Données Disponibles

  • Ticket : identifiant unique de trade
  • Symbol : paire de devises ou actif négocié
  • Type : Achat ou Vente
  • Volume : taille de lot ou volume de contrat
  • Open/Close Time : date et heure d'entrée et de sortie
  • Open/Close Price : niveaux de prix d'entrée et de sortie
  • Stop Loss / Take Profit : niveaux de prix définis pour la gestion des risques
  • Profit : profit ou perte brut dans la devise du compte
  • Commission / Swap : frais et coûts de financement overnight
  • Net Profit : résultat total incluant les frais
  • Magic Number : identifiant EA utile pour filtrer les trades automatisés versus manuels
  • Broker Comment : tout commentaire joint par le broker ou l'EA exécutant
  • Champs Personnalisés : Raison d'Entrée, État Émotionnel, Lien Screenshot, Tag Stratégie et Leçons Apprises extraits des commentaires de trades

Comment Utiliser

  1. Attachez l'utilitaire à n'importe quel graphique dans votre terminal MetaTrader 5
  2. Un bouton vert "Exporter le Journal" apparaîtra dans le coin supérieur gauche de la fenêtre du graphique
  3. Une petite étiquette informative apparaîtra également, vous rappelant l'emplacement du fichier et le format du délimiteur
  4. Avant d'exporter, vous pouvez ajuster les paramètres d'entrée :
    • Définissez les dates de début et de fin pour filtrer des périodes spécifiques
    • Laissez le symbole vide pour exporter tous les symboles ou entrez un nom spécifique
    • Activez ou désactivez des colonnes de données individuelles pour personnaliser votre rapport
    • Spécifiez un chemin de dossier si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser l'emplacement par défaut
  5. Cliquez sur le bouton "Exporter le Journal"
  6. Une alerte confirmera le nombre de trades exportés et l'emplacement du fichier

Comment Récupérer le Fichier

Par défaut, les fichiers sont enregistrés dans le dossier de données MetaTrader. Pour localiser votre fichier :
  1. Ouvrez MetaTrader 5
  2. Cliquez sur "Fichier" dans le menu en haut à gauche
  3. Sélectionnez "Ouvrir le dossier de données"
  4. Naviguez vers MQL5 → Files
  5. Votre fichier CSV y sera listé
Méthode Alternative : Appuyez sur Ctrl+T pour ouvrir la fenêtre Toolbox. Cliquez sur l'onglet Files et localisez le fichier directement dans le terminal.

Comment Importer dans Excel

Pour garantir que les données apparaissent dans des colonnes séparées plutôt que dans une seule colonne :
  1. Ouvrez Microsoft Excel
  2. Allez dans Fichier → Ouvrir → Parcourir et sélectionnez votre fichier CSV
  3. Important : Si toutes les données apparaissent dans la Colonne A, sélectionnez la Colonne A
  4. Allez dans l'onglet Données du ruban
  5. Cliquez sur "Convertir"
  6. Choisissez "Délimité" et cliquez sur Suivant
  7. Cochez la case pour "Point-virgule" et décochez les autres
  8. Cliquez sur Terminer
Vos données seront maintenant organisées proprement dans des colonnes séparées pour l'analyse. Pour Google Sheets, utilisez Fichier → Importer → Télécharger et assurez-vous que le type de séparateur est défini sur "Point-virgule" pendant le processus d'importation.

Paramètres d'Entrée

ExportFileName : nom de base pour le fichier exporté
ExportFolderPath : Emplacement de Téléchargement Personnalisé. Laissez vide pour enregistrer dans le dossier MQL5/Files par défaut. Pour enregistrer ailleurs, entrez le chemin complet, par exemple : C:\Users\VotreNom\Downloads. Assurez-vous que le dossier existe et se termine par une barre oblique inverse.
ExportStartDate : date de début pour la plage d'exportation, où 0 équivaut à l'historique disponible le plus ancien
ExportEndDate : date de fin pour la plage d'exportation, où 0 équivaut à l'heure actuelle
ExportSymbol : filtre par symbole spécifique ; laisser vide exporte tous les symboles
Bascules de Colonnes : entrées booléennes individuelles pour activer ou désactiver des colonnes de données spécifiques comme Ticket, Profit ou Swap
Bascules de Champs Personnalisés : activent ou désactivent l'extraction de notes de journal personnalisées à partir des commentaires de trades

Informations Importantes

Il s'agit d'un Utilitaire Manuel qui n'exécute pas de trades. Il exporte uniquement des données historiques qui existent déjà dans l'historique de votre compte.
Exactitude des Données reflète l'historique stocké dans votre terminal MetaTrader. Assurez-vous que votre historique est entièrement téléchargé via l'onglet Historique du Compte avant d'exporter de grandes plages de dates.
Permissions de Fichier doivent permettre à MetaTrader 5 d'écrire des fichiers dans le dossier choisi. Si l'exportation échoue, revenez au chemin par défaut en laissant ExportFolderPath vide.
Compatibilité est exclusivement pour MetaTrader 5. Non compatible avec MetaTrader 4.
