Even on the major S/R, the trend changed after hit them.

Trend follower has suffered of losses when still buy EUR/USD at 1.37xx, and all their S/L hit, even many electronic traders still keeping the floating positions until today. Not many people know at that time, EUR/USD has Resistance at 1.3990, the time for sell-off.

When we do something similar with many people, it means we're doing something that is not extraordinary.
In fact, more than 90% of traders lose money or fail. Because they are doing the same thing.
So be careful.
Make the first trading plan, and execute your plan.
Trading plan:
1 Determine your trading style. Scalp, Intraday, Swing or longer term. Select the most suitable to the time of your life. If wrong in choosing the style, will make you tired.
2 Locate and select Support to Buy, and Resistance to Sell. This means it is buying from the bottom, and selling of the above.
3. slogan "The trend is your friend" is important. But more important is how we can get the Support or Resistance as a turning point in a trend that will soon change.
Thus, we obtain the best trade position, which is to Buy from the lowest support, and Sell started from the top position Resistance.
After that, just may place a Moving Average based indicators to see how late it was :)

Hi, yes here is a trading plan for correction (short-term) that I thought traders need to look at how market works with Support and Resistance (S/R) regardless what trend are now in track.
So, when price is on down trend, that is not always mean we have to sell everywhere at the time we want to sell, but we need to wait on current Resistance. On the same time, we need to find out where's current Support to place buy position meantime its correction.
And 1.2571 is major Support as key level for break down to find out new Support below.
It could be happens after correction and could be started from current Resistance above.
And in fact market is not easy.
So, we must buy from Support (wave-bottom) and sell from Resistance (wave-top).
When we late, do nothing and just wait until next wave.
The important thing is we saw where S/R to come.

This is why at the time I have been clamoring to sell the EUR/USD since the price touches the major Resistance.

There is no wrong with you :) , because market is actually not easy.
and more than 90% electronic traders are failed or loss, or still high minus-floating.
For me, we need to reveal first where's S level when I want to buy, and need to reveal where's R when I want to sell, meantime I am thinking what's Big Players thinking now (regulations, banks, large speculators, etc).
like EUR/USD that I was mentioned before, even you can't call mr.Draghi, right? :)

I use BEP to lock position for safety and the target is dinamic depending current R on that time.

Well thank you for the explanation, and this is what i do, but with EURUSD when i detect the S point so from there i can close my sell position and wait for the price to go up ,it jumps down again, so for safety i make pending sell under the S point ,and it activates, and the price never go up :-(

When today we saw power index Euro is SRONGER than USDx, no need to read any fundamentals issue out there, I think better just buy-limit for EURx at Support.

And then lock position by s/l above trade price.
