Need Custom MT4 Indicator through cracking file (Non-Repaint, Same Signal Logic as Existing Tool, Legit PC ID system )

I am looking for an experienced MQL4/MQL5 developer to build a custom MT4 indicator from scratch or cracking my ex4 file that i provide to you. 

I already have an existing indicator (EX4) which produces highly accurate buy/sell signals. I want a similar indicator developed based on its observable behavior and signal structure. my existing indicator is pc id protected so you have to do  PC ID security bypass and source code extract . 

I provide this custom indicator for my group member for free, so have to make  Legit PC ID system 

Requirements:

• Custom MT4 indicator (MQL4 source code required)
• Must be non-repaint
• Should replicate similar signal accuracy & logic behavior
• Clean and modern custom UI/interface (arrows, alerts, dashboard if possible)
• Alert system (popup, sound)
• Must work smoothly on live trading charts
• Optimized and lightweight code

Important Notes:

• I will NOT provide source code of the existing indicator
• Developer must recreate logic based on chart behavior and signal analysis
• Final delivery must include full MQ4 source code
• No repainting or lagging signals allowed

Optional (Good to Have):

• Dashboard showing trend status
• Simple settings panel for customization
• License system (Legit PC ID system)
