Develop a trading tools for mt5

Hi. I'm looking for a script that once set up will lock you out of your account once your daily quota of trades has been taken or daily loss limit exceeded. On the I initial set up you put all your risk parameters in along with your trading session and the programme will only let you on at this time and once you have finished trading or exceed your loss limit it will lock you out until the next session. Is this something you could do for me?
