after sitting on the forum for a couple of hours, I have not been able to find a good answer or explanation of how the Slippage is calculated in signals and the values that are displayed there. can anyone give a link to an article or discussion?
thank you.
is it possible to limit opening of old orders of the provider during copying?
I encountered a problem that when starting copying the platform opens orders of the signal provider, which it already has (unidirectional with slash points, but much later, which causes losses), then everything works adequately, new orders are also copied, and these old orders are closed when levels are reached or at the provider's request, but because of the huge difference in opening time there are problems. is there any way to avoid this and set the programme to copy only new orders, and not to synchronise old ones as well?
How to set up the trading platform to use signals
If during synchronization pending orders or positions opened not according to the signal (for example, manually or by an Expert Advisor) are detected on the subscriber's account, the user will be shown a dialogue suggesting to close positions and delete orders. If there is a floating (unfixed) profit on the provider's accountduring the initial synchronization, the user will be shown a dialogue suggesting to wait for better conditions to start copying. In both cases, until the user makes a decision by pressing the corresponding button in the dialogue, synchronization does not take place and copying of signals is suspended.
If the platform operation is not constantly controlled (for example, the platform is running on a VPS), the manual confirmation requests for synchronisation will remain unanswered and can thus suspend the copying of signals. If this option is enabled, synchronisation will always occur automatically without the need for confirmation from the subscriber:

Slippage is still Slippage. The service collects statistics and publishes it.

Open closed ports on the server. Update Internet Explorer to the latest version.
You can also search for a signal directly in the terminal (the search box is on the top right).
I have chrome. if it's not too much trouble, can you elaborate a bit more. i'm not good at this...
I don't have a search window in signals for some reason, only in the market.
Open closed ports on the server - contact technical support of the organisation where the server is located.
Update Internet Explorer to the latest version - here yourself.
You can also search for a signal directly in the terminal (the search window is on the top right). Example of the search window:
