I have a problem with copying signals. I have subscribed to a signal. The MQL5 website shows 13 open positions, but the terminal shows only 10 open positions. When I go to Service-Settings-Signals-Allow subscription to receive signals... in the terminal. the ticks are always unchecked and signals are not copied. What is the reason? Where are 3 more signals?

The answers should be in the log file of the "Log" tab of the terminal.

Attach the file (exactly a log file, not a picture) and specify at what time you tick the checkbox in the settings.
