Maybe there is something wrong with your way of payment, all other users don't seem to have a problem depositing money into their MQL5 account.

The only issue that is currently under repair is the withdrawal through Webmoney.

It has been done now. The problem was the VPS that I used. It somehow blocked any method of payment. Tried new VPS from different provider and voila, it is a seamless connection now
 
Can't figure out how to copy it? I don't understand.
 
Is it not possible to set up a call ratio? Do I have to set the number of lots I want to follow strictly according to the money ratio?
 
I don't have a PC yet can this signal service work on my phone even if am offline?

In MT5 mobile app you can subscribe to MQL5.com signals and receive the trades through MQL5 VPS, without having your phone open.

For MT4 subscriptions, you need to perform the initial setup through a desktop computer MT4 terminal, then you can use the service without your PC or phone on, if you use MQL5 VPS.
