Subscription to a signal fails

Right mouse click in the journal -> Open. Send logs via personal message. Thanks.

Try to deposit the necessary funds into your MQL5 account first and then choose the MQL5 way of payment during your checkout.

Good morning,
I am trying to subscribe to a signal that has expired 2 days ago, but it is always failing even though I have enough fund to cover the fees. I have just renewed my subscription to the same signal on my other account on another broker and it worked with no issue.
The signal is Signals / MetaTrader 4 /
CB06141
What could be the issue?
