signals not copied on my account

Check your MQL5 VPS journal for errors and make sure you've done everything as described here:

I have subscribed to a XM MT4 signal for over a week now and I made a VPS for a month. Everything shows that I am connected but the signal does not copy. What to do, thanks. and the vps log shows errors. please help me.

The log messages say it all, you can't copy this signal because your broker doesn't have the same GOLD# symbol.

You need to use a compatible broker to copy this signal, ask the signal provider for advice.
