As a result, you can't quickly solve the questions that arise. Today a question - tomorrow an answer, etc. And the publication of the product is delayed for a week.

And if a person lives somewhere in America, it is difficult for him to catch the moderators on the spot: when he gets up, their working day is already over.

After all, in your own interests, the faster the product is released, the faster the sales will go. So you need if not round the clock, then at least until 22-23 hours (Moscow time) to work. And on weekends, too.
