issues with financial opertions

 
I am writing to follow up on my support request regarding the restriction placed on my MQL5 account. It has now been almost a month since the issue began, and despite submitting a service ticket, I have not received any meaningful update or resolution.

My account remains restricted for financial activity, which means I am unable to purchase products or download Expert Advisors that I have already paid for. This has significantly disrupted my trading and has left me unable to access software that I legitimately own.

I have been patient and have followed the appropriate support channels, but the prolonged lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone could urgently review my case, explain the reason for the restriction, and provide a clear timeline for resolving it.

If any additional information or verification is required from me, please let me know immediately so that I can provide it without further delay.

I value the MQL5 marketplace and would like to continue using your services, but I urgently need this matter resolved.

  • If your account/profole is restricted for financial activity so it means that you see red banner on the top of the forum page saying "Financial operations are limited. Please contact our technical support team". "Financial operations are limited" is the usual/normal situation, and every users (especially the sellers) are having this situation from time to time. How to fix it? Wait for the limitation will be lifted, or write to the service desk asking them for advice.
  • If you do not see this red banner so it means that your forum account/profile is not financially restricted.

If you see red banner on the top of the forum page saying "Financial operations are limited. Please contact our technical support team" so you should contact with the service desk: look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
