I am facing an issue with my VPS, which I use to run the MetaTrader platform. The problem is that I am unable to change the lot size for my trades. I have tried several steps to resolve this, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Below are the details of the problem and the steps I have taken so far:
1. Attempted to Stop and Restart MetaTrader Platform:
• I completely stopped the MetaTrader platform on the VPS and restarted it. After that, I tried changing the lot size, but it remained fixed at the previous setting.
2. Restarted the VPS:
• I restarted the VPS entirely using the “Restart” option in the server settings. After the restart, I reopened MetaTrader, but the issue still persists, and the lot size does not change.
3. Updated or Reloaded the Expert Advisor (EA):
• I removed the Expert Advisor from the chart and added it again, then tried adjusting the lot size, but it still did not change.
4. Checked the Trading Settings on MetaTrader:
• I ensured that the “Allow live trading” option is enabled in the EA settings and confirmed that there are no other settings restricting the lot size. However, the issue with changing the lot size continues.
