Hi,
I purchased a Forex signal directly without adding funds to my MQL5 wallet first. The purchase showed as confirmed and redirected me back to the shop.
However, after returning, my MQL5 financial services became restricted, and I am now unable to buy any subscriptions. It shows “Subscription failed” in the terminal and “Subscription not permitted” on the website.
Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue? I have already submitted a ticket to the Service Desk.
