Mobile Verification SMS Not Received (Bangladesh)

I am trying to verify my mobile number on my MQL5 account, but I am not receiving any SMS verification code on my phone. I have tried multiple times. Could you please check if there is an issue with SMS delivery to Bangladesh operators, or please help me verify my account manually? Thank you.

Also, I am currently getting an "Access Denied" error whenever I try to open a ticket in the Service Desk. Could you please check my backend account settings so I can contact support directly? It is for the service desk: look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
